Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health flu-related visitor restrictions have been lifted. However, because babies, especially those who are ill or premature, are at higher risk of serious complications if they get the flu, visitation restrictions are still in place for all Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) until further notice.

The cleft and craniofacial anomalies team at Riley at IU Health includes board certified pediatric plastic surgeons, therapists and nurses. For your child to become a patient at Riley at IU Health, you will need to fill out the form located on the right-hand side of your screen and submit your child's most up-to-date medical records and radiology images. Our pediatric specialists and international patient services team will review your child's information to determine if he or she is a candidate for treatment at Riley at IU Health.
If your child is a candidate for care, an international patient coordinator will contact you to offer support and guidance. Your coordinator will work with you, your insurance company or government to secure financial clearance.
We offer support services, including bilingual patient care navigators and certified medical interpreters. Your navigator will help you enjoy a comfortable stay and be with you throughout your child’s appointments so your family can focus on your child’s recovery. You will always have a certified medical interpreter available when speaking with your child’s care team whether in person or through telephonic interpreting services.
After your child’s care is complete, our team will work to ensure your child receives the care he or she needs at home. We will send you copies of all your child’s medical records and images, communicate with your child’s primary care doctor and make sure you have all the prescriptions your child needs throughout his or her recovery.
