Todd Osterbur, PA-C, is an advanced practice provider within Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and joined Riley Children’s Health in 2018. As a certified Physician Assistant with Riley Children’s, he treats all areas of pediatric orthopedics.

Osterbur has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. He began his career as a registered nurse prior to receiving his board certification in 2004 as a Physician Assistant. He received a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery (CAQ-OS) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2021, recognizing advanced knowledge and expertise in orthopedics. He has practiced across multiple subspecialities of orthopedic surgery, including adult and pediatric spine surgery, general orthopedics, orthopedic trauma and pediatrics. Osterbur additionally received his Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) degree from Butler University in 2022. He has a passion for teaching, and mentors Physician Assistant students at Indiana University.

When patients see Osterbur for the first time, they can expect compassionate, patient-centered care. He will greet you and your child with a smile and calm demeanor. After listening to your concerns and conducting a physical exam, he will provide evidence-based guidance and education, allowing the family to actively participate in the decisions and treatment plan.

When not treating patients, Osterbur enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working on home projects and exercising.
