Stephanie R. Ruales, MD

Dr. Stephanie R. Ruales, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with over a decade of experience delivering comprehensive care in diverse healthcare settings. She is skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her background spans urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine and school health clinics. Dr. Ruales is committed to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development. 

Dr. Ruales earned her Doctor of Medicine from Cebu Institute of Medicine in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at CHRISTUS Spohn Memorial Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 2013. She holds an active Indiana medical license and is board certified in Family Medicine. Additional certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NRCME certification. Dr. Ruales also maintains a DEA license.

Dr. Ruales most recently practiced as a Family Medicine Locums Physician at Concentra Clinics, specializing in occupational medicine and urgent care services. Prior to this, she provided comprehensive primary care at the Jane Pauley Community Health Center and served as a Family Medicine Physician with Parkview Physicians Group, delivering care in walk-in and school clinic settings. Her earlier experience includes positions with MedExpress Urgent Care, Medestar and other locum tenens roles, where she developed expertise in urgent care procedures, work-related injury management and chronic disease care.

She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
