Lynzie Copeland has spent a lot of time at the Riley Maternity Tower over the last three months. She was hospitalized in her last trimester because she was two centimeters dilated. The goal was to make it to her 34th week of pregnancy.
Lynzie called the high risk OB area home for about one month. Her baby was born at 32 weeks.
Nova, her daughter, has been in the NICU since late November. Her room is just one floor away from the labor and delivery unit.
Lynzie said she appreciates that Nova has her own room. She's able to snuggle Nova and participate in care times.
Nova is now two months old. She's currently working on feeding and breathing.
