IU Health Schwarz Cancer Center is located next to IU Health North Hospital. Parking is free. Surface parking lots are located conveniently near the entrance to help you get to your destination quickly. Once inside the cancer center, our staff at the Welcome Desk will be happy to help you.

  • Form of identification
  • List of all medications your child is currently taking, including how many times per day and the dose (be sure to include both prescription and over-the-counter medications)
  • List of questions or concerns for your child’s doctor
