Riley at IU Health Daisy Award

The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses every day.

Each DAISY Award honoree is recognized at a public ceremony in his or her unit, and receives a number of special gifts, including a beautiful certificate, a DAISY Award pin and a hand-carved stone sculpture entitled “A Healer’s Touch.” Additionally, each DAISY nurse has their fellow team members join them to celebrate with cinnamon rolls (a favorite of J. Patrick Barnes, whose memory the DAISY Award honors).

Please complete the following information to nominate a Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health nurse for a DAISY Award. Patients, family members, visitors, nurses, physicians, fellow team members and volunteers are all welcome to nominate a deserving nurse.
