Nicole Garcia, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with Riley Pediatric Rehabilitation. She has a special interest in bilingualism and working with children. Nicole uses evidence-based approaches to evaluate and treat conditions that cause difficulties in the following areas:

  • Receptive and expressive language
  • Speech production
  • Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)

Nicole was born in California and has family roots in Peru. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., where she earned a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology and completed a specialized bilingual track through the STEPS program.

Nicole's favorite part of being a speech-language pathologist is building relationships with her patients and their families while collaboratively developing goals and strategies.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring local shops and cafes, watching TV shows and movies, listening to a variety of music genres, and spending time with friends and family, including her dog.
