About Me
Brittney Galos, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2015 before returning to her hometown of Indianapolis. She has extensive experience as an outpatient pediatric physical therapist and is certified in Schroth therapy, a physical therapy approach for scoliosis.
Galos has a strong interest in treating patients with rare diseases, as well as syndromic and neuromuscular conditions. Her approach to physical therapy is grounded in biomechanical principles, with a focus on understanding how physics and kinematics influence anatomy and alignment during exercise and positioning to support optimal function. She also uses kinematic‑based approaches to fine‑tune orthotics, helping optimize gait mechanics and support long‑term outcomes.
Galos values interdisciplinary collaboration and prioritizes communication and coordinated planning among providers, therapists, specialists and families to support patient success.
