Emily M. Hawkins, NP

Emily Hawkins, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine.

Education

Hawkins is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College and Western Governors University where she received her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She treats many primary care level areas, for children and adults aged 12 years and up, including:

• Chronic disease management
• Mental health disorders
• Cardiovascular conditions
• Preventative health and screening measures
• Routine physical exams
• Sports physicals

Outside of Work

When not caring for patients, Hawkins likes to spend time with her husband and their two boys who are involved in many sports and school activities. Her family is also involved in ministry at their local church, which keeps them busy. She also enjoys singing, playing piano, event planning, cooking, baking and home décor/remodeling projects.
