Chad M. Curtis, DO

Dr. Chad Curtis draws on his clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and compassionately care for patients of all ages. He has practiced primary care medicine since 2018 between South Bend and the Anderson region. He is excited to now practice with IU Health Primary Care.

For Dr. Curtis, the path to medicine felt less like a decision and more like a destination he was always moving toward. His fascination with the natural world and solving puzzles has been present since childhood. The passion to pursue medicine became a certainty as a young man when he returned to school at IUPUI in 2010. Since that time, he climbed the ranks of the Indiana National Guard and started a beautiful family, which includes his wife, daughter, son and Great Dane. He enjoys aquariums, hiking mountains, soccer, IU basketball, organized medicine and board/video games.
