Ashleigh M. Mather, NP

Ashleigh M. Mather, NP, is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in maternal-fetal medicine, providing obstetric care to high-risk patients.

Ashleigh has always been drawn to women's health and caring for vulnerable populations. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, she went to work as a Case Manager for the Indiana Department of Child Services. Feeling as though she wanted to make a more direct impact in caring for others, she then obtained a second Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis. After working as a Registered Nurse and becoming certified as an expert in Maternal-Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN), Ashleigh continued her education and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Master's in Nursing, specializing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Ashleigh worked as a Mother/Baby Nurse at IU Health Methodist Hospital, then at Riley Maternity Center for seven years before transitioning into her role as a Nurse Practitioner at Riley Maternal Fetal Medicine. 

Ashleigh is passionate about being a support person and helping to guide pregnant persons through what can be an incredible but beautifully challenging time in their lives. Ashleigh strives to ensure her patients feel heard and supported as key persons in their own plan of care.

In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family. An avid crafter, Ashleigh loves to create, especially by tie-dyeing and designing t-shirts for events. Ashleigh loves to travel and explore new places, but also enjoys relaxing at home with her family.
