How are Lab Wait Times Calculated?

Lab wait times are based on the number of patients who are in line—whether as walk-ins or who have saved a spot online. The time displayed is the next estimated available slot for a walk-in patient.

How are Emergency Room Wait Times Calculated?

Wait times displayed are based on the current average time it takes for a patient to be seen by a provider. Wait times are updated every 15 minutes.

Your experience may vary based on the arrival of other patients. Patients with life-threatening conditions will be seen first. Wait times may be unavailable during periods of low patient volume or unexpected system issues.
